Fort Carson Neighborhoods

The Fort Carson Mountain Post is found in the southwestern property area of Colorado Springs homes for sale . Housing areas are found north, east, and west of the army base. Homes near Fort Carson borders Highway 115 and South Academy Boulevard. Pikes Peak Community Varsity adjoins the army base to the north.

North Neighborhoods
Cheyenne Meadows borders Fort Carson to the north and is found just minutes from the north gate of the base. The Cheyenne Meadows property area has townhomes, condominiums and homes for sale. The Cheyenne Meadows City Park, King Soopers, and Starbucks are found in the region. The Cheyenne Meadows property area was finished in 1979-1999.

Cheyenne Hills
Quail Lake and Quail Park are found in the Cheyenne Hills region. The lake has a 1 mile walking, jogging, biking trail that is cement and gravel. Tinseltown Flicks 20, Cheyenne Mountain mall, and the Colorado Springs World Arena border the region to the east. Cheyenne Hills was finished in 1979-1985.

Stratton Meadows
The Stratton Meadows property area has littler, cheap houses for sale and is a wonderful place for first time home buyers. It is close to shopping and restaurants at the Broadmoor Towne Center and Cheyenne Mountain mall. The Stratton Meadows Subdivision is found near to the Downtown property area of Colorado Springs.

East Neighborhoods
Stratmoor Valley
Across Interstate 25 to the East is the Stratmoor Valley property area. The Fountain Creek Trail runs through the Subdivision and goes south to the Fountain Creek Regional Park. The Stratmoor Valley property community has giant trees and was finished in 1961-2006.

Security
Neighboring Road 85/87, there are many restaurant choices along the highway. There are elementary and middle schools found in the Security real estate area. The Security property area was finished in 1953-1999.

Fountain

Fountain Valley Ranch
Most of the homes for sale in the Fountain Valley Ranch property area are spacious homes with good-sized yards. The Center has an enormous park, community swimming pool, library, baseball fields, and a park.

West Neighborhoods
The Broadmoor Bluffs property area is found near to the Cheyenne Mountain State Park. The Park has 16 trails that cover roughly twenty miles. There are City Parks in the neighborhood. Broadmoor Bluffs Subdivision is near to the Broadmoor Mountain Golfing Course, the Broadmoor Golfing Club, and the private club of Colorado and golf course. The Broadmoor Bluffs property area was finished in 1973-1978.

Broadmoor

The Broadmoor Oaks regionis loosely half an hour from Canon City south on Highway 115. The Arkansas Stream near Canon City provides outside opportunities such as fishing, kayaking, and white water rafting. The Broadmoor Oaks property area is found next to 4 golfing courses and one City Park.

Broadmoor Spires
Neighborhoods in the Broadmoor Spires property area were established in 2001-2007.
Some of the sublime houses in this region have seasonal streams, back to impressive rock formations and sit on massive lots. The views in this region are picture perfect. Shopping and eateries are not a long way from the region. The Cheyenne Mountain Air Base isn’t some distance from this region.

There are several cheap, carefully tended housing communitys near to the Fort Carson Mountain Post. These housing communitys are extended armed forces communitys as they are nearby Fort Carson and plenty of the residents are Fort Carson squaddies. There are also many custom built homes in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains available that border Fort Carson Mountain Post to the west. Homes in the Broadmoor property areas back to the Pike National Forest and appear to mix into the landscaping.
